My main objective in the short term is to help you start (or restart) a full body, workout routine. I look at your fitness level,injuries, goals, current food intake and create a tailored, safe and effective regime. My long term goal is to get you to enjoy exercise and be able to incorporate it into your weekly routine whether attending your favourite small studio or gym, outdoor run, workout at home, whatever it is that works the best for you. I truly want you to lead the healthiest, balanced life possible for forever.
